PER CURIAM.

The petitioners below, the State and the mother, appeal from an order denying their motion to vacate an order granting the father a retroactive reduction in his child support obligation. We reverse.

In the underlying case, the father agreed, pursuant to the parties' settlement agreement that was later incorporated into the final judgment of dissolution of marriage, to pay the wife $300 per month in child support for their two children. In November...
