Recently we released our opinion in Jones v. State, 907 S.W.2d 672, affirming the conviction of Chad Eugene Jones of first degree murder and second degree battery. The State has filed a separate appeal arising from the same trial which was the subject of CR95-397. In its appeal brought pursuant to Ark.R.Crim.P. 36.10, the State asks that we declare the Trial Court erred in refusing to permit certain evidence...
