PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal by the State from an allegedly illegal sentence. The State has filed a motion for extension to file the transcript.

The trial court suspended the sentence on February 14, 1995. The record does not show that a motion for new trial was filed. When no motion for new trial is filed, Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 54 gives the appellant 60 days after sentence is imposed or suspended in open court to file the record...
