STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Christopher Bannowsky appeals from his conviction for child molesting as a class B felony.1 We affirm.

ISSUES

1. Whether admission of the victim's prior consistent statement was reversible error. 2. Whether Bannowsky was denied effective assistance of counsel.
