Jon R. Guthrie appeals the district court's order denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea, as well as the district court's restitution order entered against him in the amount of $27,600. Although we affirm the district court's denial of Mr. Guthrie's motion to withdraw his guilty plea, for the reasons stated below we vacate the district court's restitution order and remand the case for resentencing...
