Plaintiffs-Appellants Ward A. Thompson and Frances S. Wisdom appeal from the district court's order denying their motion for reconsideration and granting Defendants-Appellees' motion for summary judgment. Our jurisdiction arises under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and we affirm.
