Third-Party Plaintiffs, Louis and Debra Brand (hereinafter plaintiffs) brought this action against Third-Party Defendant, Jacob Mobile Homes, Inc. (Jacob) in two counts seeking damages for breach of contract and negligence in the sale and delivery of a mobile home. The trial court granted Jacob's motion for summary judgment on both counts.
