STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiffs-Appellants Luther G. and Alta C. Wyrick (hereinafter referred to individually by name or collectively as "Wyrick") appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellee James Hartfield, Jr. d/b/a The Hartfield Company (Hartfield).
