OPINION

BLEIL, Justice.

Joshua Gunter appeals from his conviction for the offense of aggravated robbery. He was convicted by a jury upon his plea of guilty and sentenced to fifty years' imprisonment.

The evidence shows that, while driving around in their car, Joshua Gunter and Michael Quertermous, a co-defendant, saw the victim washing his car. With bandannas pulled over their faces, they demanded that the victim, Michael Green, give them his money...
