PREWITT, Judge.

Following trial by jury, Appellant, charged as a prior and persistent offender, was convicted of first-degree murder and armed criminal action. Appellant was sentenced to life without probation or parole for the murder conviction, with a concurrent thirty-years' imprisonment sentence for the armed criminal action conviction. He appeals those convictions. Appellant also filed a Rule 29.15 motion, seeking to vacate, set aside or correct the judgment...
