This attorney-disciplinary proceeding is before the Court on petition of The Florida Bar. We have jurisdiction based on article V, section 15 of the Florida Constitution.

The Florida Bar has filed a petition challenging the recommended sanctions for attorney Phillip R. Wasserman. The referee recommended that Wasserman receive a public reprimand, forfeit a $1000 fee from a client, and receive six months' probation for practicing law while suspended...
