Appellant-respondent Vernon John Moore appeals from the dissolution of his marriage to appellee-petitioner Jean Huntley Moore. Vernon and Jean married in 1951. In 1983, Jean moved to the state of Missouri where she lived with her mother until her mother's death in 1992.
