WRIGHT, Justice.

Sheriff Jim Bowles and Dallas County appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of Wade, Waggoner, Herndon, and Scott (collectively "Wade"). In ten points of error, appellants assert the trial court erred in: (1) finding that Wade had sustained damage; (2) holding Dallas County and Sheriff Bowles liable for refund of bail bond approval fees; (3) holding Sheriff Bowles liable for four times the bail bond approval fees charged under...
