STOVER, Justice.

Appellant Laura Morales, also known as Laura Mata, was indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury for the first degree felony offense of injury to a child. Appellant waived a jury and entered a plea of guilty. At a subsequent hearing, the trial court rejected the plea bargain. Appellant did not withdraw her guilty plea and the trial court sentenced her to seventy-five (75) years confinement...
