Bernard Plimpton, the only child of Flossie and Axel Plimpton, appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Chandler, J.) dismissing his complaint alleging tortious interference with an expected inheritance of his parents' homestead real estate transferred inter vivos to the defendant, Martin Gerrard, and with his expected inheritance of the balance of Axel's estate.
