Robin Floyd Panis brought this action against Mission Hills Bank, N.A. (Bank) and its officers and directors, alleging that defendants discriminated against her on the basis of sex in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Panis' complaint also alleged causes of action under Kansas law for conversion and breach of an implied-in-fact employment contract.
