OPINION

SEERDEN, Chief Justice.

A jury convicted appellant, Arnoldo Roberto Garcia, of indecency with a child pursuant to TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 21.11 (Vernon 1989). The trial court assessed punishment at ten years in prison. Appellant challenges his conviction, raising six points of error and complaining the trial court erred by denying his motion to quash the indictments and by denying his motion to suppress evidence.
