Appellants-plaintiffs Jerome and Jenny Trupiano appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees-defendants John J. Alkema, Syrettr-Zeerip-Weidenfeller, Inc. (SZW), and Cincinnati Insurance (Cincinnati) on their claim of negligence. Specifically, the Trupianos allege that Alkema and SZW owed them a duty to advise them about underinsured motorist coverage and to provide an insurance policy with adequate limits...
