Jose Barrera, appellant, brought suit against Marvin Wilson, appellee, seeking damages for injuries Barrera sustained when Wilson's car allegedly struck him on his bicycle. A jury declined to award Barrera damages after concluding both that Wilson was negligent and that Barrera was contributorily negligent.
