BURGESS, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant of Forgery by Passing. He then pled true to a single enhancement paragraph and the jury assessed punishment at thirteen (13) years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and a fine of $5,000.
