Appellant Rozina George (George) appeals from the district court's reversal of the magistrate's dismissal of traffic infraction citations issued against her by an Idaho State Police officer. George is an enrolled member of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes and was cited while driving on the Fort Hall Reservation.
