OPINION

BRIGHAM, Justice.

Appellant, Richard Lara, was convicted of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. After finding him guilty, the jury assessed his punishment at confinement for life in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. In one point of error, appellant complains that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to dismiss indictments for failure by the State to comply with the Interstate Agreement on Detainers...
