In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, the Oregon State Bar filed a formal complaint against the accused, alleging that he had violated several provisions of the Code of Professional Responsibility and a state statute governing lawyer discipline. A trial panel of the Disciplinary Board ordered that he be suspended from the practice of law for three years. Under ORS 9.536(2) and BR 10.1, review by this court is automatic.
