This is an appeal from a judgment in a suit involving the collection of installment payments under an alimony contract entered into as part of the divorce settlement between appellant Diana Jane Thomas and appellee Hubert Michael Thomas. Appellee filed suit for declaratory judgment, claiming that all rights and obligations of the parties under the alimony contract had been fully and finally resolved in a prior proceeding in Limestone County...
