This is an appeal from a take-nothing judgment in a medical malpractice case arising out of a surgical procedure. Melvin and Gail Ericson filed suit against Dr. Steven Roberts, M.D., and Tyler Urology Associates alleging that Dr. Roberts negligently performed a circumcision operation.
