Mary Amerson, acting as next friend for her son, M.H., appeals the district court's1 dismissal for lack of jurisdiction of her 28 U.S.C. § 2254 petition for a writ of habeas corpus. After careful consideration of the jurisdictional issue presented by this case, we affirm.
