Plaintiff, Leon Kakitis, appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Saufley, J.) in favor of defendants, Clifton Perry, Frederick Brown, Richard McKeough, Francis Amoroso, David McCarthy, and Robert Gorham.
