LAZARUS, Judge.
Defendant-appellant, Charlestine E. Scruggs, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Lincoln Management Company, on Scruggs's counterclaim for damages under state and federal fair housing laws.
