BAKER, Justice.

Appellant pleaded guilty to burglary of a building. Following the plea bargain agreement between appellant and the State, the trial court deferred appellant's adjudication of guilt. Later, appellant pleaded true to the State's motion to proceed with adjudication. There was no agreement about punishment. The trial court assessed a twenty-year sentence.
