LEAPHART, Justice.

James Van Loan (Appellant) appeals the November 1, 1994 preliminary injunction issued by the Eleventh Judicial District Court, Flathead County, restraining the transfer of certain of his assets. We affirm.

Appellant sexually abused and molested his adopted children for eleven years. On March 1, 1993, Appellant pled guilty to six counts of felony incest and was sentenced to sixty years in prison. Appellant will not be eligible for parole...
