WELLES, Judge.

The State presents an interlocutory appeal under Rule 9 of the Tennessee Rules of Appellate Procedure. The trial court ordered that the indictment which had charged the Defendant with a continuing crime in two counts be amended to allege one continuing course of criminal conduct. The sole issue presented for review is whether the trial court erred in ordering the state to charge the defendant with only one count for a continuing...
