OPINION

YATES, Justice.

All parties appeal a jury verdict in favor of Colette Bohatch and against the law firm of Butler & Binion and individual members of its management committee for breach of a partnership agreement and breach of a fiduciary duty.1 The jury awarded Bohatch $307,000.00 in actual damages against all defendants and also awarded $4 million in punitive damages against partners Louis B. Paine, Jr., R. Hayden...
