Defendant, Neil Jude Broussard, was charged by bill of indictment with one count of aggravated oral sexual battery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:43.4(A)(4). After trial by jury, Broussard was found guilty of oral sexual battery. He was sentenced to serve five years at hard labor. The sentence was suspended, and Broussard was placed on five years active supervised probation. The trial court imposed the following special conditions on Broussard's probation...
