On June 16, 1995, the plaintiff, Svedala Industries, Inc. ["Svedala"], commenced this action in the Milwaukee county circuit court. On July 19, 1995, the defendant, The Home Insurance Company, successor-in-interest for The Home Indemnity Company, [collectively "Home"], removed the case to this court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441(a).
