The plaintiffs Martin Gerzog ("Gerzog" or the "plaintiff"), and his wife Eleanor Gerzog ("Eleanor") brought this lawsuit alleging that Gerzog was unlawfully discharged from his job. Gerzog was an employee of twenty-six years with the defendant London Fog Corporation, formerly known as Londontown Holdings Corp. ("London Fog").
