78 Wn. App. 71 (1995)

895 P.2d 423

THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, Respondent, v. JAMES DONALD NEIDIGH, Appellant. In the Matter of the Personal Restraint of JAMES NEIDIGH, Petitioner.

The Court of Appeals of Washington, Division One.

June 5, 1995.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Kevin Cole and Tam Bui of Washington Appellate Defender Association, for Neidigh.

David S. McEachran, Prosecuting Attorney, and Craig Chambers, Deputy, for respondent.

We affirm the conviction and also deny relief from personal restraint.
