This appeal arises out of a motor vehicle collision. Appellant Dennis Lamond Thompson filed suit against appellee Chester A. Perkins for personal injuries and property damage to his motorcycle. Appellee Perkins counterclaimed for property damage to his automobile. The jury returned a general verdict finding against Thompson on his complaint and against Perkins on his counterclaim.
