A jury awarded Marian Gorlikowski $1,425,000 for injuries received when a semitractor trailer driven by Richard B. Tolbert, II, for J.W. Express, Inc., struck Gorlikowski's vehicle. Tolbert and J.W. Express appeal, alleging that the jury was improperly instructed and that the verdict is excessive. We affirm.
