This is a workmen's compensation case.1

In July 1992, David Jackson filed a complaint against his employer, Dunlop Tire and Rubber Corporation (Dunlop), seeking workmen's compensation benefits. He alleged that an on-the-job injury occurred on August 7, 1990. The case was tried in October 1994. The trial court found that Jackson had suffered a 20% impairment to the body as a whole and a 78% loss of earning capacity...
