Defendant, Derrick DeWayne Davis, was charged by Bill of Indictment filed on September 22, 1994, with one count of molestation of a juvenile in violation of La.R.S. 14:81.2. Defendant pled not guilty to the charge on September 30, 1994. After a trial by jury held on December 13th and 14th, 1994, defendant was found guilty as charged.
