Farmers Insurance Company of Washington (Farmers) appeals from summary judgment in favor of its insureds, Karl Livingston and the insured beneficiaries of the estate of Glenna Livingston (Livingstons). Farmers contends its insurance policy, which limits underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage for bodily injury to $100,000 for "each person" and, "subject to the limit for `each person'", to $300,000 for "each accident", unambiguously limits the coverage...
