Defendant-Appellant Surgidev Corp. appeals from a judgment for compensatory and punitive damages entered against it in a products liability action. Plaintiffs-Appellees Enrique Gonzales and Ricardo Garduno sued Surgidev for personal injuries that resulted from implantation of intraoccular lenses manufactured by Surgidev.
