Delores Rogers and Clarence A. Rogers Jr., individually and as natural tutor on behalf of his minor children, filed suit in the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson for injuries received as the result of a head-on automobile collision on the Bayou Segnette Bridge. Killed in that accident were Carrie Rogers, wife of Clarence, and Jason Rogers, their 18 month old son. Other members of the family, Clarence and his other children...
