WASSERMAN v. WASSERMAN

No. 94-0663.

651 So.2d 823 (1995)

Jeffrey Paul WASSERMAN, Appellant, v. Diana WASSERMAN, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

March 15, 1995.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

A. Matthew Miller of Miller, Schwartz & Miller, P.A., Hollywood, for appellant.

Karen C. Amlong of Amlong & Amlong, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, and Gerald I. Kornreich of Law Offices of Gerald I. Kornreich, Miami, for appellee.

STEVENSON, Judge.

This appeal follows a final judgment of dissolution of marriage wherein the trial court divided the parties' real and personal property and awarded permanent periodic alimony to the former wife. We agree with the former husband that the trial court erred in assigning all of the marital liabilities to the former husband without setting forth reasons for the unequal division of debt. See Upton v. Upton, 642 So.2d 1202
