Plaintiffs, Kamala Jones and Deborah Gardner, sued their employer, the City of Stephenville, alleging retaliatory dismissal under the Texas Whistleblower Act1 and under TEX. CONST. art. I, §§ 19 and 27. The trial court granted the City's special exceptions and dismissed the plaintiffs' causes of action with prejudice. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
