Charles Hadden, the appellee, brought an action for divorce against Mary R. Hadden, the appellant, in 1992. Mrs. Hadden contested the divorce and counterclaimed for separate maintenance. Both parties' claims were denied because the Chancellor found each at fault and applied the doctrine of recrimination.
