The Sosas sued Central Power & Light, Houston Power & Light, and General Electric ("the defendants") for the wrongful death of Mr. Sosa as a result of liver disease allegedly caused by the defendants' wrongfully exposing Mr. Sosa to toxic chemicals at a job site.
