This writ presents once again the question whether the trial court was correct when he granted a motion to quash a bill of information on the grounds of double jeopardy. Just recently we decided State v. Roy Warner (La.App. 4th Cir. 1995), 653 So.2d 57. The double jeopardy issues in that case are almost identical to the issues raised in the instant writ.
