This class-action suit was instituted by the Greater New Orleans New Car Dealers Association and the Louisiana Auto Dealers Association, as representatives of all dealers of new motor vehicles within the state, against the Louisiana State Tax Commission. Also made defendant is Harry Lee, Sheriff and Ex Officio Tax Collector for the Parish of Jefferson, as representative of a class consisting of all sheriffs and ex officio tax collectors...
