This case involves a labor dispute between a newly certified union, the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association ("the Union"), and an airline company, Atlantic Coast Airlines, Inc. ("the Airline"). After commencing collective bargaining under the provisions of the Railway Labor Act ("the Act"), 45 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., but prior to reaching an agreement, the Airline unilaterally changed certain terms of employment pertaining to the bargaining...
